Good roasters, The best I’ve had locally. They do an awesome job with their medium roasts. I recommend their Guatemala medium and my favorite- their perk and pine medium.

I wish St. Lawrence Valley Roasters had a shop in Watertown. My family treats me every now and then by sending me coffee...Ring Of Fire....it smells and tastes so good....it is the best!!!

The new Ethiopian Anaerobic Natural is an absolutely grape wine bomb! The aroma and the taste will blow your mind on what you think coffee is. Love the direction Connor and Tim are taking!

We stopped on our way to camp in the Adirondacks because we forgot coffee. It was close to closing time and we were eager to get good coffee for our breakfast. The young barista was so helpful and pleasant and the coffee was far better than expected and/or hoped for! We finished the bag of Ring Of Fire Dark Roast this morning and we are sad that we live so far from the shop, because we'd certainly be back for more. Perhaps we'll make it a traditional stop on our way through next time! We will for sure pick up extra then! Good luck to this small business! Potsdam is lucky to have it!

My peeps up north, how I miss you! Your coffee keeps me alive as I stay in my lane with cars darting all around me as I head to work every morning. It makes me smile while I check emails until my eyes start to water from a lack of blinking. It fills my sips with a warm chocolate-like smoothness and slight bitterness that reminds me of my days in Potsdam heading into your shop on a cool morning for a hot cup. It fills my nose with a familiar warm and full deliciousness that is so comforting. I’ve traveled far and wide, yet never have I tasted such good flavors. Thank you. I long for the days that I might once again sit in your shop with a hot ceramic cup bursting with flavor from coffee roasters who put the love of everything they do into their craft. I will never have better sips than St Lawrence Valley Roasters blend up for me. I never go without the joy of such good coffee, thanks to you. Thank you for all of your deliveries.
